Not very clean specially the doors (need some paint) They do not have television at rooms! Too expensive for what they offer!

Great located hotel for people who just need a place to sleep.

The location of the Hotel is great when you want to visit the city for fun and spending some good time at the restaurants, bars and watching the colorful graffitis.

Rooms were a bit small and the breakfast was not really worth to go for.

Just fine for the basics! A good location as well!

I liked the breakfast and I liked that I could request it earlier if necessary. I thought the staff was pleasant and helpful. Room service everyday was nice and I felt that the hotel was safe!

The tile floors in the rooms made things extra cold. Rooms were very small (I had a single) which is fine, but the bathroom was particularly cramped. I also wish the heating device in the room worked better.

My LOVE at Valparaiso

The hotel location is perfect for Valparaiso exploration as it gives accesses to many attractions in the prime area of the city. It has nice and cozy lobby area, and all the staffs I met were friendly and helpful.

The very helpful staff and the position of the hotel made our 2 day stay bearable.

The front desk staff were very helpful.

The room had no facilities. The bathroom was filthy and badly in need of maintenance. The room was lit up by street lights all night. The noise from the street was very high. The Hotel was generally rundown and in urgent need of some TLC.

A very well located hotel in Valparaíso, close to everything but also quiet enough.

The wifi didn’t work from the rooms but was perfectly ok in the common areas of the hotel.

It's a really relaxing and beautiful place, with fantastic walking views from the top of the hills!

The bed was really comfy and the breakfast was refreshing and tasty, although it would be nice to have a change every now and again.

Could have had a more varied breakfast as it can be quite monotonous eating the same thing 6 days in a row!

The staff were very helpful. The hotel fits the vibe of Valparaiso, however it's going to need some repainting soon.

Perfect value for the location and facilities! Highly recommended.

Staff was very kind. Breakfast was just perfect, if could be served earlier, even better. Location is perfect to get to walking by the Peral Ascensor. Safe and extremely quiet surroundings. It was really good that they have a heater in the room.
